The Lessons Learned Template can be used by the statistical organisation to document and then share the experience and knowledge obtained from the execution of activities to achieve a target maturity level from a current maturity level. It is expected that the document will include not only advice to other organisations, but also challenges and benefits experienced.

Input:

The planning, implementation, evaluation and consolidation activities carried out to achieve a certain maturity level, for a particular dimension, for a particular modernisation standard.

Process:

Fill out the following table per modernisation standard (GAMSO, GSBPM, GSIM, CSPA) implemented and per dimension (Business, Methods, Applications, Technology (for GAMSO, CSPA))
