The Israel Central Bureau of Statistics is not implementing GSIM and has not yet been convinced of the practical need for its adoption. Therefore in my view, we would have gained if more would have been done to help promote the awareness to GSIM, may be more introductory material in the GSIM manual or the GSBPM model, or more organized use cases, in order to clarify GSIM practical uses, especially for institutions in our situation or in EU-ENP countries.
