Paragraphs 23-30 in i. Designing Process Steps frequently refer to Process Steps, but the figure above the text

Figure 4. Design Process Steps has been 'simplified' to exclude Process Step, Business Process and Business Service.

This defeats the purpose of including the figure.

Proposed resolution:

 Either the text should be rewritten to describe Process Design, which would match Figure 4, 

or Figure 4 should be replaced with a figure that includes Process Step.

    Meeting 6 December: Agreed to change focus of text to process design. Recheck once LIM integration is done.
