About use-cases in wikipages:
They have a huge potential in showing high level management examples of successful implementation of GSBPM or GSIM in other countries, and help them decide to initiate the needed changes. Unfortunately, uses cases may be more confusing than convincing, since they are listed by countries (not by project names, aims, activities/topics covered, maturity of implementation reached etc), and they generally reflect some given stage of implementation (the one at the time they were written, generally without further updates). In practice, it would take a lot of work just to find use cases relevant to the planned implementation.
