This is the online platform of the Strategic Communication Framework publication. It combines the output of the two phases of the HLG-MOS Strategic Communication Framework project and has additional case studies. For example, of countries crisis communication during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The work was consolidated and published as 'Strategic Communications Framework for Statistical Institutes'. In 2021, the framework was extended by the communications task team of the HLG-MOS Capability and Communication group with additional material and case studies on brand and reputation management.
