Since GSBPM is obviously destined to be ultimately merged into GAMSO, it would be good to avoid conflicts of numbering between GAMSO activities and GSBPM phases/sub-processes. For example, "1.1" is activity "Define vision" in GAMSO and sub-process "Identifiy needs" in GSBPM. One possibility would be to change the numbering of the top level activities in GAMSO (e.g. A, B, C or I, II, III). Another possibility, probably more consistent, would be to indicate that GSBPM phases and processes numbers will be prefixed by 4 in the future (e.g. 4.1.1 for "Identify needs").
