Roadmap to harmonization of income questionnaires (2018)

The roadmap lists the stages, the implementation of which will allow transitioning to the income-based poverty measurement and provide a solid basis for harmonizing income questionnaires. Some countries have already completed a number of stages, nevertheless, attention should be paid to implementing the corresponding stages. The roadmap provides the basis and first guidance. Countries should continue to improve methods for measuring income in line to their national needs.
