Dealing with a crisis means having to deal with uncertainties, and National Statistical Offices should be prepared for several situations that may endanger critical statistical information that may affect institutional reputation, therefore, it becomes crucial for NSO´s to develop a  Crisis Management Plans. In the Communication department in INEGI, we developed a model based on 3 A´s: Anticipation, Application and Analysis, and it mainly focuses on preventing crisis, assessing a possible crisis and later to analyze and review causes and effects for future situations.
