The last-last-last check. What is the version number? GSBPM v5.1? v5.5? (FYI, new GSIM is likely to be v1.5 and new GAMSO is likely to be v1.2)

The issue was brought up again because GAMSO and GSIM are also under revision and new version number among those would need to be balanced (GAMSO will be released as GAMSO v1.2 (previously v1.1) and GSIM is likely to be released as GSIM v1.5 (previously v1.1)). As revision in GAMSO is very minimal but still increase 0.1, should new GSBPM be more than 5.1?
=> Task Team favoured v5.1 as changes made to GSBPM is not really significant to be called as v5.5 and 0.5 increment is arbitrary.
