These guidelines have been drafted within the MCOFE Commission led by Jackie Mayda, Director Systems Engineering Division at Statistics Canada, coordinated by Steven Vale, Senior statistician at UNECE, and supported by Tetyana Kolomiyets, Statistics assistant at UNECE.
The guidelines have been drawn up by a Workgroup coordinated by Istat, (Italian National Institute of Statistics) with cooperation from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, and composed of the following members (in alphabetical order):
