E-mail to request from the countries Target Operating Models, vision statements and modernization business cases was sent out to the countries on 14th of May with deadline of 8th of June

Revised training materials were circulated, deadline to provide comments is 1st of June. Afterwards training materials will be published on the public wiki page.

The team is also working on preparing first draft of the short paper for risk appetite, based on the existing training materials.

Supporting Standards

Integrated View

Discussion among the members on future work took place. It was emphasised that an "integrated view" is an important topic and that could be implemented by making the links between models more clear (proposal was to start with GSBPM-GAMSO and GSIM-GSBPM) and by linking the models to the HLG new vision. Another key word is "Consolidate and communicate" by consolidating existing materials with practical examples and communicating with more clarity the models; and by developing targeted communication material.

GSIM Review
  • The team also has covered most issues under GSIM groups. Changes have been implemented in Enterprise Architecture file and Clickable
  • Annex for LIM Variable would be completed after revision as it would need more time for development
GSBPM Review

A GSBPM version with all suggested changes has been prepared and discussion as started. Decisions on overarching processes, particularly Quality Management and Metadata management, and overlappings with GAMSO have been finalised.
