The Committee meets approximately once a month, in telephone conferences. The previous membership of the Steering Committee is preserved on this site.
The work of the Steering Committee is supported by three ENBES working groups :
Goal: Plan and carry out scientific and organisational aspects of the next round of the European Establishment Statistics Workshop (together with the local organising committee).
Members: Daniel Assoulin (Swiss Federal Statistical Office, Switzerland), Wim Kloek (Eurostat), Vanessa Torres van Grinsven (Utrecht University/Statistics Netherlands), Haritz Olaeta Goiriena (Basque Statistical Office, Spain), Jacek Kowalewski (Central Statistical Office of Poland), Tomasz Klimanek (Statistical Office in Poznań, Poland).
Goal: To enable and support spreading of information, networking and cooperation within ENBES in periods between the workshops.
Members: Irena Bolko (University of Ljubljana, Slovenia), Deirdre Giesen (Statistics Netherlands), Alexia Meyermann (Bielefeld University, Germany), Ria Sanderson (UK Office for National Statistics).
Goal: To enable expansion of ENBES by seeing that all groups of stakeholders (official statistics, academic, organisations, private sector) are represented in a balanced way in ENBES and are actively invited to take part in ENBES activities.
