Instructions This survey asks for information about your organisation and its overall approach to data integration. We are also very interested in any case studies you would like to share. All questions are optional - if you do not have an answer for a question please seek advice from the relevant area of your organisation or leave the answer blank. The survey and case studies can be saved and reopened. An email will be sent to the nominated contact person with a link. This can be forwarded to colleagues to enter further information. The survey and case studies can be printed using a button at the bottom of the forms.
