There are descriptions that need to be improved to convey data integration.

Should 5.1 be removed as a sub process and embedded throughout the model?

Text in 5.1 should be updated: can take place in any phase of the GSBPM.

Methodology is very survey oriented, need more descriptions on data integration and “methodology certification”

    Lack of reflection of the use of  non-survey / admin data across multiple areas of GSBPM process

    Phases impacted

    Design (2.1 – 2.6), Build (3.1 – 3.7), Collect (4.1 – 4.4)

    Suggested Improvement

    Social Statistics Transformation will be using non-survey / admin data for sample frame improvement (Design phase), question replacement (Build phase), and possibly for other areas such as informing interviewer call patterns (Collect phase).  The current GSBPM has the 'Integrate Data' process (5.1) but this comes after the Design, Build and Collect phases.  The proposals for non-survey / admin data need to reflect the data integration across the model rather than in one specific phase
