The first time (lowest Level for a Dimension) standard 2 should be mentioned in the MMM for standard 1. When more than one Dimension is relevant put the lowest Level per Dimension.

Colin: In the Early Implementation phase of Applications, suggest 'Consider use of CSPA standards for development/adoption of services ', but this should not be a compulsory adoption in later phases (other SOA approaches may also be acceptable), however, if CSPA were adopted, it could be seen as an increasing sign of maturity (because of its alignment with GSBPM sub-processes)
