Basic question for this level is: Where the organisation exists, if it has done nothing to implement the sandard? Is it at the "Initial"-level or outside the table? For GAMSO and GSIM, the organisation is becoming interested of the standard, whereas for CSPA and GSBPM the organisation seems to be in "Zero" level. Should we harmonize here towards GSBPM and CSPA?

My suggestion would be that it is Initial.

When someone is filling out the assessment for a standard, then they are becoming interested in the potential value of the standard, which fits with

"A few individuals are becoming interested in the potential value of the standard. The organisation as a whole is unaware of the standard."

Otherwise, why would they bother filling it out?
