The maintenance agreement for the SDMX artefacts should be made available to (at least) the project stakeholders in order that the ongoing governance principles, maintenance methodology and release calendar are transparent. This helps avoid surprises for implementors and lets them know who to contact so that they can provide feedback.
This phase is complete when the maintenance agreement is made available to the intended audience.
