At the end of the project an evaluation of the project should be made in order to document a "lessons learned" for future maintenance and for future implementation projects.
The evaulation should document critical issues and bottlenecks as well as aspects that worked particularly well.
Output of this phase: a project evaluation/"lessons learned" document to be used as starting point for a new project.
