For the sub-process 8.1 the following text is suggested: "The collection of some of these evaluation materials can be automated and take place in a continuous way throughout the whole process, allowing for continuous monitoring of activities' results. For the evaluation of certain processes it can be necessary to perform specific activities like small surveys, e.g. coverage assessment or effectiveness of dissemination." [* Raised in issue #75]
For sub-process 8.2, the evaluation should be conducted against a benchmark, such as quality indicators.
