Issue #71: Suggestion to add text in sub-process 2.5 Design processing and analysis

53. This sub-process designs the statistical processing methodology to be applied during the "Process" and "Analyse" phases. This can include specification of routines for coding, editing, imputing, estimating, integrating, validating and finalizing data sets. If needed, this sub-process can also define the procedures for deflation, seasonal adjustment, primary and secondary data confidentiality. It can also be necessary to specify the aggregation procedures in case of data is obtained from different sources.
